LPI Loans is an independently owned consumer finance company providing small to medium sized loans to help serve the financial needs of those in our community that need a small loan and/or a second chance. We bridge the gap between the banks and payday lenders. We opened in 1973 and have 6 offices in Iowa and S. Dakota.

Depending on your experience this position pays $16-$17 per hour with incentive and bonus opportunities. Amazing weekday hours Monday through Friday; 8am - 5pm (30 minute flexible start time) We understand families!
Fun position with lots of variety. You will be first point of contact for our customers, in person and by phone, taking applications, payments, answering customer questions, and daily cash balancing. Assist the manager with loan processing including validation of applicant information, processing security and files, assisting customers with account resolutions and so much more!
