Our current Loan Officer Assistant has been promoted and we are looking for that next great Team Member! You will assist them with their payments and other needs, as well as working closely with our lending team.
Experience is not necessary but good communication, organizational skills, a positive attitude and a great smile will take you far with our company. Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phones & greeting customers
- Taking & processing applications
- Payment handling
- Cash drawer balancing & procedures
- Payment Reminders to customers
- Processing loan files
- Monthly reports
- Filing
- Assisting the manager and lending staff as needed
