LOUNGE BARTENDER (Part time and Full Time)

Job Description

Purpose of the Position: A bartender has a diverse set of responsibilities related to taking food and beverage orders, preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: 

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take food and drink orders and engage with customers.
  • Ensure a positive and friendly atmosphere.

Beverage Preparation:

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. 

Cash Handling:

  • Practice responsible cash and payment handling.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked area.

Compliance with Regulations:

  • Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding food and alcohol service.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service.

Job Requirements
Previous bartending experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays
