MacDoctors, the region's leading Apple Specialist, Reseller, and Service Provider, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist and Service Technician to join our progressive and collaborative team.
In this role, you will assist both business and consumer clients with:
- Sales of Apple products,
- Repair and maintenance of Apple computers, and
- In-house support for software, hardware, and related peripherals.
This is a full-time, entry-level, salaried position designed for a friendly, task-oriented individual with an interest in technology. While prior knowledge of Apple products is beneficial, it is not required. Comprehensive Apple-specific training will be provided. This position operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:
- The go-to person for friends and family when they experience technology issues.
- Experience performing upgrades or repairs on computers.
- Strong ability to explain technology in simple, accessible terms for those less technologically inclined.
Additional Details:
- Prior ownership of Apple products is a plus, though not required.
- Competitive starting salary: $36k+, depending on experience.
