Computer Sales / Computer Technician — Technical Support
Are you the person your friends and family call the second their tech starts acting weird? Do you secretly love being the hero who fixes it? Then let's talk.
MacDoctors — the region's leading Apple Specialist, Reseller, and Service Provider — is on the hunt for a Technical Support Specialist & Service Technician to join our friendly, collaborative team of fellow tech nerds.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping customers find the right Apple gear (sales)
- Diagnosing and fixing Mac hardware and software issues (repairs)
- Being the calm, patient voice on the other end when someone's laptop is "doing a weird thing" (support)
The best part? You don't need to already be an Apple expert. If you've got the curiosity and the knack, we'll teach you everything Apple-specific. This is a true entry-level role — we're far more interested in your problem-solving instincts than your resume's acronym count.
You might be a great fit if:
- You're already the unofficial IT department for your family group chat
- You've cracked open a computer before (for an upgrade, a repair, or just because you were curious)
- You can explain "it's a RAM issue" to someone who thinks RAM is a kind of truck — without making them feel dumb
- You genuinely enjoy tech and want to keep learning
The details:
- This is a full-time, salaried position with Monday–Friday daytime hours, plus a rotating Saturday shift
- Owned an Apple product before? Cool, but not required
- Competitive starting salary, based on experience
- A genuinely supportive team and a front-row seat to the newest Apple tech
If fixing things and helping people (in equal measure) sounds like your kind of day, send us your resume — we'd love to meet you.
