Monday-Thursday: 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Overtime as required
Pay Range
$22-$28 per hour, depending on experience
Plus 12.5% shift differential

What You’ll Do
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, including GD&T tolerancing
Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code or CAM software
Set up CNC machines, including tools, fixtures, and workholding devices, ensuring proper alignment and calibration
Perform machine and tool offsets to maintain precision and accuracy
Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce parts within required tolerances
Conduct first-piece inspections and ongoing quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust machine parameters or tooling to improve efficiency and quality
Maintain setup records, programs, and production documentation
Provide technical guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 operators
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, lockout/tagout practices, and housekeeping standards
Report production or equipment issues to the immediate supervisor
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Setup Technician, or CNC Programmer
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs
Experience with CNC programming software such as GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, or G-code editors
Strong knowledge of machining tools, fixtures, and tooling setups
Knowledge of precision measurement and inspection techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues independently
Experience with multi-axis CNC machines preferred
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software preferred
Knowledge of materials and their machining characteristics
Advanced math skills, including trigonometry
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in machining or manufacturing preferred
