- Pay: $25–$40 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and sketches
- Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for each job
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Machinist
- Proficiency with manual machining equipment
- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
