Maintenance and Grounds Technition

Job Description

We are looking too add to our team. FT, M-F 8-5. No nights weekends, or on call shifts. Groundskeeping includes mowing, trimming, spraying, light snow removal with blower and truck blade. Maintenance to include some drywall repair, some painting, deck building, light mechanical, and a working knowledge of  basic plumbing amd electrical.

 You will be maintaing the most beautiful Mobile Home Community in Sioux Falls.

Job Requirements

Must have good work ethic, be a self starter with organizational skills and planning abilities.
Must be able to pass a Federal Criminal Background Check and be insured to drive company equipment.
