LCBHS is looking for a trustworthy, hard working, hands on supervisor to assist, direct and supervisor Maintenance Department; this is a full-time benefitted position with benefits to include free health insurance for employee; 6% 401k match with full investment upon hire; free life insurance policy for employee; paid sick leave; paid vacation leave; ability to purchase vision and dental.
Duties include supervising, monitoring and assisting with all aspects of maintenance and grounds.
Must be knowledgeable of plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, construction.
