WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

 

  • $70,000 - $85,000 +
  • Benefits (eligible 1st of the month after 60 days of employment) – Premiums are pre-taxed.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

 

  • Lead maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and support systems to maximize uptime, reliability, and production efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated production equipment.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel, prioritize daily workloads, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused team environment.
  • Partner with production teams and external vendors to resolve equipment issues, source replacement parts, and support continuous operational improvements.
  • Maintain equipment inspections, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance while promoting workplace safety and Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Apply technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including PLC systems, blueprint interpretation, fabrication, welding, and the use of mechanical and power tools to support plant operations.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field.
• 4+ Years of Manufacturing Experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• PLC Experience – a plus.
