Maintenance Supervisor

WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
- $70,000 - $85,000 +

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and support systems to maximize uptime, reliability, and production efficiency.
- Develop and enhance preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated production equipment.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, prioritize daily workloads, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused team environment.
- Partner with production teams and external vendors to resolve equipment issues, source replacement parts, and support continuous operational improvements.
- Maintain equipment inspections, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance while promoting workplace safety and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Apply technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including PLC systems, blueprint interpretation, fabrication, welding, and the use of mechanical and power tools to support plant operations.
