Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Schedule

?? Night Shift: Monday–Thursday
3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime as needed

Enjoy 3-day weekends while working four 10-hour shifts!

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Supporting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Reading and interpreting manuals, blueprints, and work orders
• Using hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment
• Maintaining maintenance records and repair documentation
• Supporting facility upkeep, organization, and 5S initiatives
• Promoting a strong safety-first culture

What We’re Looking For

? 1–3 years of maintenance or industrial repair experience preferred
? Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
? Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or facility systems is a plus
? Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
? Strong work ethic and reliability
? Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
? Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred:

• Industrial maintenance education or apprenticeship experience
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role that requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and working around manufacturing equipment throughout the shift. Safety glasses and work boots are required.
