Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Starting Pay: $25
  
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day and Night shift available)

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems
  
  
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  
  
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  
  
• Read equipment manuals and manufacturing prints to complete repairs accurately
  
  
• Document maintenance activities and completed work
  
  
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies
  
  
• Support production operations to minimize downtime
  
  
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
  
  

• High School diploma or GED required
  
  
• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
  
  
• Mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance background a plus
  
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Basic computer and documentation skills
  
  
• Valid driver’s license required
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  
  

• Manufacturing environment with moderate noise
  
  
• Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  
  
• Use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, manlifts, and other equipment
  
  
• Repetitive tasks and hands-on technical work throughout the shift
