Job Description
Immediate opening for a maintenance for apartment complex in Sioux Falls, SD. Must have general knowledge of basic upkeep of buildings, grounds, and repairs (Cabinetry, Electrical & Plumbing), keep detailed records. Must provide reference checks. Must have a positive attitude, self-starter, work independently without supervision. Must be flexible with your schedule to accommodate emergencies.
