We’re looking for a Manager Human Resources who is ready to influence leaders, strengthen culture, and drive department strategies that support a high-performing organization. This position is based out of our Sioux Falls office.
What you’ll do: Reporting to the VP Human Resources, this position will serve as an operational HR partner to leaders and employees throughout the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico, supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role leads and/or partners on HR programs including employee relations, performance management, talent processes, compliance, and employee development. It also provides day-to-day leadership to direct reports.
- Serve as a role model for company values, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Provide guidance to managers on employees relations, performance improvement, and offboarding
- Support audits, investigations, and documentation requirements
- Support learning, development, and career progression initiatives
- Ensure consistent and compliant application of company policies and practices
- Support annual performance review and merit processes
- Partner with HR leadership on benefit and compensation administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, and department goals, projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, state laws, and international requirements where applicable)
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to direct reports, including goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning
- Configure and maintain HRIS and related team systems and ensure accurate employee data maintained
