As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customers. You will have the chance to learn about inventory management, sales techniques, customer service, and more. This hands-on training will provide you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in a management role within our company. Strong communication skills are essential. Must be willing to relocate after training. While a college degree or retail experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Local management staff members report directly to their Area Supervisor. Key daily responsibilities include:
- Driving store growth through effective sales strategies, in-store promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Conducting follow-up calls and mailings to engage with customers and strengthen relationships.
- Optimizing profitability by efficiently managing employees, inventory, and controlling expenses.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage—from the initial rental to timely delivery and continued merchandise support throughout the rental period.
- Overseeing cash flow, inventory management, purchasing, and accounts receivable to maintain company-approved standards.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel to build a competent and motivated team.
