Coming soon to the South Bend International Airport, Dunkin Donuts and Jimmy John’s

Sky Dine will join the airport in June and will be looking to hire brand managers.

We are looking for motivated and hands-on managers for Dunkin Donuts as well as Jimmy Johns.

Previous experience with the brands is not required as training will be provided.

What You will Be Doing

As a brand manager you will be a key player in creating a smooth, successful, and welcoming experience for guests as well as staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing food preparation and ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene standards as well as brand guidelines.
  • Delivering top-tier customer service and resolving concerns with professionalism.
  • Managing inventory, coordinating supply orders, along with estimating food and beverage costs.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure equipment and operations run efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records, tracking receipts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Proven experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A solid understanding of restaurant financials and operations.
