Here is what you will do:
- Project Management
- Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with RMS quality standards.
- Product Development Support
- Support in the design and component selection for new and existing equipment.
- Provide feedback on manufacturability, material selection, and production methods.
- Work closely with design and production teams to transition new products from concept to full-scale manufacturing.
- Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect and analyze warranty and component failure data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
- Support rapid prototyping efforts and collect testing data to help determine design or component changes.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
- Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting component and production issues and developing effective, long-term solutions.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts in partnership with Operations teams.
- Process Improvement & Optimization
- Analyze and improve existing engineering and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies throughout Operations.

- Enjoy a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience with performance-based incentives and benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision and more.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is beneficial.
