Manufacturing Engineer

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other teams to support company growth and product improvements.
- Develop and maintain clear, consistent manufacturing processes for existing products and new introductions.
- Identify production challenges and lead practical improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and better utilize labor.
- Analyze process issues to uncover root causes and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Assist with tooling concepts, production timing, and workflow design to support smooth manufacturing.
- Help test, refine, and validate new or updated processes before full production implementation.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering discipline preferred.
• 3 or more years of engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• GD&T, DFMEA, and PFMEA experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with other disciplines and departments.
