Soo Sports at Vern Eide Marine is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Marine Salesperson to join our team! We specialize in premium fishing boats and pontoons, including Lund, Crestliner, Ranger, Skeeter, Caymas, and Bennington Pontoons. What You’ll Do:
- Help customers find the perfect fishing boat or pontoon based on their needs and experience
- Walk buyers through features, options, rigging possibilities, and accessories
- Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
- Deliver a top-tier buying experience from first contact to final delivery
- Maintain product knowledge on leading brands and current fishing/boating trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (marine, powersports, RV, automotive, or similar preferred)
- Fishing knowledge — species, techniques, electronics, gear, seasonal patterns
- Boating experience — operation, safety, rigging basics, outboard knowledge
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-driven, organized, and team-oriented
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
