Marketing Coordinator, Graphic Design & Production

What You'll Do:

• Create visually appealing and engaging marketing collateral designs with attention to detail, overseeing the printing and production process.
• Design and maintain current brochures for commercial real estate listings.
• Design area maps for Broker marketing brochures.
• Walk through properties available For Lease and For Sale to become familiar with properties that are being marketed.
• Design signage and coordinate the production and installation for commercial real estate listings. Keep inventory of all commercial brokerage signs and update regularly and communicate with the Brokers
• Manage and update all commercial real estate listings on multiple websites promptly, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to conceptualize and design various marketing materials and install as needed.
• Assist with executing advertising and marketing strategies to maintain and build the Van Buskirk brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding and messaging.
• Administer selection, ordering, and quality of promotional items for events and sponsorships within budget requirements.
• Coordinate various marketing events and opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute the delivery of client gifts.
• Provide follow-up and follow-through in a timely manner to all clients and service areas within the company.
• Represent the Van Buskirk brand by delivering an amazing client experience with each interaction.
• Support the marketing team to achieve weekly goals, meet deadlines, and service all areas of the company.
• Perform all other duties assigned that are necessary to achieve department and company goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job duties and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM or real estate software (e.g., Crexi, LoopNet) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience using design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong understanding of general marketing practices and digital marketing platforms and channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Adaptive communication skills across various organizational levels.
