Job Description
TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway, Construction and Agriculture Industry.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onsite Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of projects that promote our brand, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels
- Coordinate content creation, graphic design, and production timelines with internal teams and vendors
- Assist with newsletter creation and coordinating retailer reviews
- Manage marketing assets and collateral in shared drives and databases
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, schedules, and project management tools
- Attend career fairs and vendor fairs
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Update websites for any specials, ads, careers
- Create flyers for brand (to include sales, service and parts) and career fairs
- Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence through content scheduling and community engagement
- Work with the HR department on recruiting, clothing website, business cards, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and maintain self-accountability to meet deadlines is critical.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - This is position will be based out of our Sioux Falls location and will be in office. Wage is $23.00 - $26.00 hourly
