About the Position
44i, a Sioux Falls digital + traditional marketing firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support our client service and project teams. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, motivated, passionate about marketing, and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced marketing agency environment and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines.
Marketing Coordinators at 44i:
- Assist with day-to-day client service activities and communications
- Support internal workflows and project coordination, timelines, and task tracking
- Help manage the creative review and approval process with clients
- Proofread and quality-check marketing materials across digital, print, and video
- Conduct research to support marketing strategies and creative development
- Provide logistical support in client meetings
- Are aware of client activities to provide support and back-up for account services
- Work with external vendors (media, print, production, digital partners, etc.)
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and documentation as needed
- Assist team members with miscellaneous marketing and administrative tasks
- Are highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Have excellent customer service talents, with written and verbal communication skills
- Are self-starters who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Have strong time management and follow-through
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Have a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing concepts
Job Requirements
Preferred (But Not Required)
• Education or coursework in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
• Previous experience in an agency, marketing, or client-service role
• Familiarity with project management tools, creative workflows, or digital marketing platforms
