Location: Windom, MN
Pay range: $25.94 - $38.92/hr *Rate offered will reflect applicable experience.
Schedule: 32 hrs/week (0.8 FTE)
Windom Area Health is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives that promote our services, providers, and brand across multiple locations. This hands-on role assists with creating marketing content, managing campaigns, supporting internal and external communications, and helping coordinate community events and outreach, including support for the Foundation, Auxiliary, Wellness Center, and community health initiatives. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and strong organizational and creative skills with attention to brand consistency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of marketing, communications, or graphic design experience (healthcare experience is a plus). Weekday office hours are required, with occasional evening or weekend hours to support events and marketing activities.
