Marketing/Customer Service Assistant

Filly Flair is an established and rapidly growing online women’s clothing boutique on the edge of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are looking to add a marketing/customer service assistant to our team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about marketing and customer service. They are a person who is eager to learn about the details of marketing and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed. They will also be passionate about assisting the customer and making their experience the best it can be. Must be willing to work some nighttime/weekend hours during lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with all things needed in the marketing department and work well with a team in a fast paced environment. One day you may be pulling product and another day you may be editing videos.
• Manage multiple projects with an eye for detail and due dates.
• Communicate and work with a diverse team to accomplish marketing goals.
• Provide customer support to customers during our live sales and through other channels.
• Other customer support or marketing duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Willing to travel to the Crooks/Renner exit to work
