Job Description

* Turn 'to-do' lists inton 'DONE' lists. Join our team! *

Turn ideas into action. Keep great marketing moving. Make an impact.

Are you a marketing professional who loves the creative side of the work—but also knows that great marketing doesn’t happen without someone keeping the details, deadlines, people, and projects moving?

LifeScape is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and play an important role in bringing ideas to life. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you’ll help coordinate projects, support communications and campaigns, contribute to digital and creative initiatives, and keep the many moving pieces of marketing organized and on track.

This is an opportunity to get your hands into a little bit of everything—from social media and website updates to newsletters, events, promotional materials, internal communications, project coordination, and special marketing projects.

THIS IS MORE THAN A TO-DO LIST

The Marketing Specialist is a key part of the day-to-day rhythm of the Marketing Department. You’ll help turn ideas into completed projects and make sure important details don’t get lost along the way.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion
  • Help manage timelines, deadlines, approvals, and project details
  • Work with departments across LifeScape to gather information and move projects forward
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, communications, and organizational initiatives
  • Assist with newsletters, announcements, internal communications, and other content
  • Help coordinate social media and website content
  • Assist with photography, video, and special creative projects
  • Proofread and quality-check materials before they go out into the world
  • Help manage promotional materials, signage, logo wear, and marketing resources
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project systems, files, and other department resources
  • Learn and work with tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled marketing tools

BE THE PERSON WHO MAKES IT HAPPEN

If you’re someone who naturally asks, “What’s next?”, follows through on details, and enjoys seeing a project go from an idea on a screen to something people can actually see, use, or experience, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll work alongside the Director of Marketing and collaborate with people throughout LifeScape. That means you’ll gain exposure to many different areas of marketing while developing your skills in project coordination, communications, digital marketing, content, events, and brand management.

No two days will look exactly the same—and that’s the point.

WHY LIFESCAPE?

At LifeScape, marketing has a purpose.

The work you help create will introduce people to our organization, connect families and communities with our services, support recruitment, promote important initiatives, celebrate our team, and help tell the stories of the people whose lives are impacted by LifeScape.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, build relationships across the organization, expand your marketing skill set, and see your work make a difference.

If you’re ready for a marketing role where you can organize, create, collaborate, learn, and make things happen—we’d love to have you on the team.

Make your next move meaningful. Join LifeScape as our Marketing Specialist!
