Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and creatively driven Marketing Specialist who can bring structure, strategy, and storytelling together across our marketing ecosystem. This role sits at the center of our digital presence – supporting campaigns, managing channels, optimizing performance, and ensuring our brand shows up consistently and effectively across every digital touchpoint.
With a blend of Digital Marketing and Social Content, you’ll help bridge performance marketing and brand storytelling – turning insights into action and content into measurable growth. This role is key in supporting demand generation, engagement, and overall brand visibility across both B2B and B2C audiences.

What You’ll Do:
Digital Marketing
- Support and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, paid media, and CRM channels
• Help manage and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates
• Assist in building landing pages, digital assets, and campaign workflows that support acquisition goals
• Monitor key performance metrics and create reports that translate data into actionable insights
• Support SEO/SEM initiatives by coordinating updates, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives
• Identify gaps in digital performance and recommend improvements based on data and user behavior
Social Content
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
• Support social media strategy with a mix of brand storytelling, product highlights, and campaign amplification
• Engage with online communities by monitoring comments, messages, and brand interactions
• Collaborate on content ideas for short-form video, graphics, and campaign-driven social posts
• Track social performance metrics and adjust content strategy to improve reach and engagement
• Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep brand presence fresh
• Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social channels
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of experience preferred in digital marketing, social media, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms, social tools, and marketing analytics
• Strong writing, editing, and content coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• A willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve
