Master Service Technician
Full-time at Vern Eide Motorcars
Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
Possible Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates, pending experience

We are currently seeking a Honda Master Technician to join our team at Vern Eide Motorcars. As a Honda Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing automotive repairs and maintenance, contributing to our commitment to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Honda vehicles using manufacturer procedures and technical information.
- Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, HVAC, and other complex repairs.
- Accurately diagnose difficult or intermittent concerns.
- Use Honda diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify vehicle issues.
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Document work performed clearly and accurately.
- Stay current on Honda technology, service procedures, and technical updates.
- Assist and share knowledge with other technicians when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent Honda/Acura experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with electrical and computer-controlled vehicle systems.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret repair information and wiring diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team resource.
- Professional attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old
