Decker Equipment Rentals is looking for a Mechanic & Delivery Driver to join our team!
This position combines truck and heavy equipment repair with equipment rental deliveries. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and able to jump between responsibilities as needed.
This is 1 full time job position with hours 8am-5pm Monday through Friday located in Canton, South Dakota.

- Previous semi truck and heavy equipment mechanic experience preferred
- CDL required
Job duties include:
- Repair and maintenance of semi trucks and heavy equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues including but not limited to engine repair, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air & hydraulic systems, & more
- Preventative maintenance including DOT Inspections & Annual Equipment Inspections
- Delivering and picking up equipment for rental customers
- Loading, securing, and transporting rental equipment safely
- Assisting with general shop and equipment needs
