About the Role
Manage digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers via paid media; organic, agentic and paid search; and other digital marketing channels. Develop and execute media plans and buys and work closely with product, operations and analytics teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and execute digital media plans in support of new customer acquisition. Deliver daily results forecasting, reporting and optimization.
- Understand evolving digital landscape trends and apply best practices to media recommendations.
- Develop strategic solutions for digital acquisition across multiple digital channels, including new awareness opportunities and emerging channels like agentic search.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Innovation, Marketing Operations, Product Strategy, Analytics and Customer Experience (CX) teams to ensure seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention.
- Manage internal projects that improve digital acquisition efforts and support integration of new tools and technologies as part of larger team effort. Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Data (CDP) platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience managing effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels that drive new customer acquisition within cost to book/budget parameters.
- Understanding of digital channels, social media channels, paid, agentic and organic search, web design and development, web and mobile Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and database marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of credit card industry dynamics, customer lifecycle management principles, and marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product, digital, analytics, credit risk, compliance, and vendors.
- Understanding of financial regulatory environment and marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, economics, finance, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience working within a corporate, consulting or agency marketing environment with a focus on digital marketing required.
- B2C marketing experience in complex customer data environments required (credit card or fintech preferred).
