Two Pines is looking to hire for flexible positions including opportunties for telehealth, office, and/or hybrid. We are willing to consider both full or part time opportunities for the right person.
Therapist's responsibilities may include several of the following areas: individual, group and family counseling, including evaluation and treatment planning delivered in person or via telehealth. These duties involve providing assessments, facilitating treatment and intervention of clients affected by mental health or dual diagnoses issues.
What you will do
- Evaluate client and create a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment or referral of clients presenting with a need for mental health services.
- Adhere to policies and HIPAA which assure the confidentiality of client communications.
- Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions in accordance with accepted principles.
- Assess progress of clients and modify or extend treatment plan accordingly. Coordinate care of clients with other providers as necessary for ongoing services.
- Document therapy sessions in accordance with standards of documentation for payors and client success.
- Identify and refer for crisis treatment as necessary to include suicidality and need for potential higher levels of care.
- Refer client to outside agencies where appropriate.
- Communicate with family members/significant others to further the effectiveness of client treatment and progress as requested and/or necessary for client progress.
- Complete and lock notes timely to ensure prompt billing and meet insurance payor requirements.
