Job Responsibilities:
- Assist middle school teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Monitor student behavior and assist in resolving conflicts
- Support the overall academic and social development of middle school students
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with middle school students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
- Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
