Vern Eide Motoplex and Powerhouse are the region's ultimate Powersports and motorcycle playground! Picture this: Vern Eide Motoplex is your go-to for Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, and Roxor, while the Vern Eide Powerhouse is the haven for Indian Motorcycle, BMW Motorrad, Honda, and Polaris Slingshot.

We're on the lookout for charismatic sales consultants for both locations who are ready to embark on a wild ride. Our first-year new sales professionals typically earn between $45,000 and $85,000 a year in commissions, and the thrill doesn't stop there - the potential for unlimited growth awaits! Our top applicants can earn up to $120,000 per year!

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Hunt down the coolest vehicles for presentation to potential buyers.
• Ensure vehicles are not just good but in top-notch, show-stopping condition for presentation.
• Be the tech maestro during delivery, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
• Be the superhero of delivery standards - 100% compliance with the manufacturer's expectations.
• Dial up the excitement by calling previously sold guests, scheduling second-date appointments for re-delivery, and answering any burning questions they might have.
• Be the go-to guru, answering guest questions and saving the day when needed.
• Shine in the spotlight as you present our awesome products to guests in the showroom.
• Rock the schedule by coordinating aftermarket products and services like a concert organizer.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is like icing on the cake but not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid Driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen with a clean driving record.
• Bonus points if you're bilingual - we're looking for someone who can speak the language of adventure and connect with a diverse range of customers.

Schedule:

• 5-day work week- Tuesday through Saturday!
• Closed Sundays and Mondays!

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Commission pay - Your hard work, your extra cash.
