Job Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of the hotel's financial transactions
• Check in late arriving guests and handle any guest inquiries or requests during the night
• Ensure all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently
• Prepare daily reports and communicate any issues or concerns to the management team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
