Job Summary

• The Director - Nursing Home Administrator is accountable for planning, developing, monitoring and maintaining appropriate and quality care throughout all areas in the nursing home, ensuring compliance with State and Federal standards.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Occasional weekend
  • Occasional holiday
  • Occasional call time

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Bachelor’s degree in an area of healthcare, social services, or business administration is preferred.
Healthcare leadership is preferred.
Long Term Care experience or knowledge is preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator by the Board of Administrators for Nursing Home Administrators is required.
