We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Nursing Manager to join our team at Windom Area Health in Windom, MN!

Salary range: $84,368.27 - $126,552.40 *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Windom Area Health is seeking a full-time Nursing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our nursing department. This position serves as a vital resource for patient care, policy development, and staffing, while also acting as a key liaison between nursing staff and hospital leadership. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours or weekend presence as needed. Candidates must hold a current Minnesota nursing license and a bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in an acute care hospital setting is required, along with at least two years of leadership experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
