As an PRN (unscheduled part time) Occupational Therapist at Orthopedic Institute in Sioux Falls, SD, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. You will work closely with our orthopedic surgeons to provide comprehensive hand therapy services to individuals recovering from hand and upper extremity injuries. Your expertise in hand therapy will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their hands.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve hand function
  • Educate patients on proper techniques for improving hand strength and mobility
  • Collaborate with our team of orthopedic specialists to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
