Occuptational Therapy Manager

The Occupational Therapy Manager plays a vital leadership role in supporting that journey—integrating trauma-informed occupational therapy services across programs and helping survivors build the skills needed for daily living, emotional wellness, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee occupational therapy services across residential, outreach, and aftercare programs
- Maintain a client caseload focused on life skills, emotional regulation, and vocational readiness
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed care plans
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide clinical guidance to staff
- Integrate occupational therapy principles across multidisciplinary teams
- Support program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts
- Coach staff in trauma-informed practices and effective client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care
- Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with standards
What You Bring
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active (or eligible) Occupational Therapy license in South Dakota
- 1–2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience working with trauma, mental health, or vulnerable populations strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate clinical knowledge into practical, real-world skill development
