Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant


Position Type: Part to Full Time administrative work; 20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30 pm


Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour commensurate on experience, and qualifications/references


Job Summary: Ameri/Star Real Estate Inc is seeking a professional, positive and organized individual to provide high quality administrative support to our team of real estate agents. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency and provide polite and professional assistance while greeting guests, answering phones, and handling office tasks. Job Requirements
Role and Responsibilities:
-Act as the first point of contact for guests and agents
-Prioritize and respond professionally in a timely manner to incoming calls, emails,messages, and requests from vendors, clients and agents
-Assist with coordinating real estate listings and transactions, including preparing documents and maintaining files
-Be discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
-Enter and Maintain listings, status changes, price changes and Open House details
-Support and maintain policies, forms and guidelines to keep Ameri/Star
compliant with our documentation requirements and processes
-Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
-Email/Social Media Updates
-Manage lead distribution coming into our website
-Change printer toners and keep paper filled
-Maintain lobby area for guests
-Assist with meeting agendas and meeting minutes
-Monthly and year end mailings for agents
-Design postcards, fliers, postcards etc.
-Monthly production reporting
-Assist with party or event planning

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum of high school diploma required
-Computer skills including Email, Microsoft Office and Canva
-Excellent phone etiquette & strong customer service skills
-Excellent written communication
-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
-Organized and ability to multitask
-Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
-Ability to proof and edit written documents.
-Adaptable to change
-Reliable and predictable attendance
-Ability to quickly learn new tasks and accurately and consistently complete repetitive tasks
-Perform other professional responsibilities or tasks as needed or assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
-Preference will be given to individuals who meet required qualifications and have experience and interest in marketing and social media

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
-The noise level in the work environment can vary widely from very quiet to moderate
-Working in an environment where there is frequent sitting for extended periods of time. Stand up desk is available

Mental Demands:
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on urgency and impact
