Office Manager/ Accounting Representative
Location: Chancellor, South Dakota
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Typical schedule: Monday–Friday during standard business hours
Salary Range: Starting at $65,000+ depending on experience

The Role
The Office Manager/Accounting Representative supports daily accounting operations while coordinating core office processes. This role handles accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping while ensuring the office runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with leadership and department managers to keep financial and administrative operations organized and accurate.
What You’ll Do
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment tracking with customers and vendors
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
Maintain financial records, asset documentation, and title transfer paperwork
Manage petty cash and maintain supporting documentation
Coordinate office processes including supplies, records, and administrative support for leadership
What We’re Looking For
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administrative support
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll processing
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience with QuickBooks in a small or mid-sized business environment
Experience supporting office operations or administrative coordination
