Manley Tire & Oil Service is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Office Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the policies and guidelines set by Manley Tire & Oil Service.
- Maintain a professional company image, ensuring office cleanliness and organization.
- Manage service contracts with external vendors.
- Process and verify invoices from suppliers for parts and tires.
- Control Profit & Loss through effective cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining appropriate stock levels of filters, tires, and other automotive products.
- Order and maintain supplies for the office and service bays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to emails and phone calls from internal and external customers.
- Ensure accurate daily deposits of cash and credit card transactions.
- Monitor cost of goods sold and oversee inventory counts and audits.
- Generate end-of-month reports for accounting, sales, and spiffs.
- Update products, pricing, and policies in RO Writer software.
- Handle financial and personnel/payroll-related administrative tasks accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure staff have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment to minimize risks of injury or accidents.
- Troubleshoot and update computers and software as needed.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent management experience preferred.
• Strong people management, communication, and active listening skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent verbal and written communication.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about mentoring and teaching others.
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills and familiarity with office software; experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks a plus.
