Job Description
J & R Mechanical, an HVAC Contractor located in Tea, SD, is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Office Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Managing QuickBooks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing employee payroll and other various employee benefit related tasks
- Handling daily office operations such as answering phone calls and scheduling/dispersing service calls
- Providing administrative support to management and maintaining an efficient, professional office environment
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. The position involves frequent interaction with customers and team members so excellent communication paired with being an overall people person is a must.
This is a full-time, in-person office position. Pay is based on experience.
