WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU

  • $60,000 - $80,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Oversee 3 Direct Reports.
  • Reports to the General Manager.
  • Lead day-to-day office operations by building structured, repeatable processes that improve efficiency, organization, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Own and continuously refine core business systems (ERP, CRM, and workflows), identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy.
  • Translate operational data into actionable insights by developing reporting, tracking key performance metrics, and guiding leadership decision-making.
  • Manage and develop a small team by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning communication and workflows between departments to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
  • Standardize and document processes to strengthen consistency, compliance, and long-term operational scalability.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or Related Field.
• 3+ Years of Office Management, Operations
• Strong Experience in ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
