THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee 3 Direct Reports.
- Reports to the General Manager.
- Lead day-to-day office operations by building structured, repeatable processes that improve efficiency, organization, and overall team effectiveness.
- Own and continuously refine core business systems (ERP, CRM, and workflows), identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy.
- Translate operational data into actionable insights by developing reporting, tracking key performance metrics, and guiding leadership decision-making.
- Manage and develop a small team by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning communication and workflows between departments to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
- Standardize and document processes to strengthen consistency, compliance, and long-term operational scalability.
