Job Description

Are you passionate about helping new employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success? We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating a smooth and positive experience for new hires.

Pay: $22-$25 per hour; depending upon qualifications

What You’ll Do:

  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth first day.
  • Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
  • Schedule and lead orientation sessions
  • Serve as a trusted resource and welcoming point of contact for new hires during their first weeks
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a seamless transition throughout the entire hiring process
  • Engage with employees through virtual meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and other remote video tools.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service
  • Experience in HR or administrative support is a plus

What is required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, onboarding or administrative support
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Preferred
  • HRIS platforms – ADP Preferred
  • Coordinating orientation or training sessions
  • Ensure accurate completion of employment documentation and adherence to compliance standards.

Education:

  • Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management- preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
