They are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a key area of their manufacturing operation, providing leadership, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting operational efficiency within a dynamic and specialized business environment.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee plant operations and production.
- Provide production oversite, continuous improvement and lean principles
- Supervise a team of 10 direct reports
- Work with other departments and oversee them through the supervisors. Including production, maintenance, shipping, quality, supply chain and engineering.
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance plans, production improvement plans and cost reductions.
- Manage plant expenditures within the budget guidelines.
