Looking for something new and exciting in the Optical field? At FOCUS OPTOMETRY, we are looking for an Optician who has an eye for style and the precision of an architect as we help patients Look Good, See More. Duties include:
- Interpreting prescriptions
- Collecting optical measurements
- Assisting with eyeglass frame selection
- Explaining lens options/treatments
- Creating work orders for lab technicians
- Calculating costs, discounts, and insurance benefits
- Adjusting eyeglasses and repairing broken frames
- Conducting contact lens training/educating on proper care
- Tracking of orders and inventory
