What You’ll Do
As Outreach Manager, you’ll provide leadership and oversight for outreach operations, community engagement, and coordinated support services. You’ll work alongside community partners, staff, and stakeholders to strengthen systems of care and ensure survivors receive compassionate, trauma-informed support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting outreach staff and daily operations
- Building strong partnerships with community agencies, schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and faith communities
- Supporting crisis response and complex service coordination
- Delivering community education and awareness presentations
- Promoting trauma-informed, survivor-centered practices
- Supporting outreach strategies that increase awareness, referrals, and survivor engagement
- Participating in statewide collaboration efforts and multidisciplinary teams
What You Bring

- Passionate about advocacy, outreach, and survivor support
- A strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Experienced in leadership, case coordination, or community engagement
- Committed to collaboration, professionalism, and ethical service delivery
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Communications, Counseling, or related field
- Experience working with survivors of violence, trafficking, trauma, homelessness, substance use, or vulnerable populations
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and survivor-centered practices
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
