Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented part time packers to join our current team of lady packers. In this role, you will be the first face our clients see, responsible for safely wrapping, organizing, and packing their households and personal belongings into boxes ahead of moving day. No heavy lifting of furniture is required for this specific role, but a sharp eye for detail and excellent customer service skills are a must. Days and hours vary greatly week to week based on our clients moving schedules. This position is perfect for someone looking for a non-traditional schedule with above average wages.
What You Will Do
- Carefully wrap and pack household goods, fragile items, dishes, and artwork into designated moving boxes.
- Label all boxes clearly by room and contents to ensure an organized unpacking process.
- Keep an accurate inventory of packed items and condition reports.
- Interact professionally with clients, answering questions and easing their moving-day stress.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside the client's home.
What We Are Looking For
- Skills: Excellent spatial awareness (like playing real-life Tetris) and strong organizational skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30–40 lbs consistently throughout the day.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug test.
