Job Description
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic team members to join our team at an upscale boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls! As a Guest Service Associate, you'll help create the atmosphere the guests love.
No prior hotel experience is required, but customer service experience is preferred.
Must be able to work weekends and some holidays. Hours will be 3pm - 11pm and 7am - 3pm
Responsibilities include the following:
*Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
*Answer a multi-line telephone system.
*Make reservations and fulfill guest requests in a timely manner.
*Check guests in and out of the hotel.
*Other duties as assigned.
