Job Summary & Requirements

• Support daily production tasks to keep operations running smoothly
• Prep, organize, and restock materials as needed
• Assist the production team with setup, cleanup, and workflow changes
• Monitor work areas to ensure they stay clean, safe, and efficient
• Jump in on light assembly, packing, or labeling tasks
• Communicate with team members to solve problems and keep things moving
• Follow production guidelines and quality standards
