Partner Management Processing Specialist
Reports to: Business Development Supervisor
Classification: Full time, Non-Exempt
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This position will provide essential support to our Business Development Associates, assisting with customer inquiries, documentation, and system maintenance to drive our business objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to ad hoc customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality service.
- Underwriting & Closing Support: Assist with the preparation and organization of underwriting and closing documentation to facilitate smooth deal processes.
- Partner Onboarding: Organize and manage partner onboarding inquiries, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
- System & CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- General Support: Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development Associates, including scheduling, document preparation, and task coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Organization & Efficiency: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in Finance: A general interest in finance and business development processes.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; prior experience in a support or administrative role is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
